Our mascot, Argo is a 13 year old appendix (cross of Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse). Lauren bought him in FL in 2021 as a polo pony. He tried his first ride and tie in fall 2023 and while he did not complete, he has gained a lot of experience since then. In 2025 he led his team to a 2nd place finish in the world championship, winning Best Condition.

A 2014 OTTB (off the track thouroughbred) ex-racehorse. Miss Sugar retired in 2018 to begin her second career in polo. She joined our herd in late 2022 and successfully competed in our first two ride and ties the following year. 2024 was full of injuries leading to her retirement from polo. Fortunately she loves trails and still has a need a speed so ride and tie is a wonderful third career.

Another 2014 OTTB, Sonny is a war horse and only retired from racing in 2022. He is now a very versatile athlete competing in Polo, Medieval Games, Ride & Tie… you name it, he’s tried it! He recently placed 3rd in the short course championship.

The matriarch of our herd, Dulce is the one who started it all when Lauren bought her first horse in 2017. Dulce was born and bred for polo in Argentina before playing professionally in the US. Now in her 20s and semi-retired, she has taken to the slow life teaching new riders and helping us start a new sport.
